CCOO y FELGT firman un convenio de colaboración para erradicar la exclusión y la discriminación laboral
José María Fidalgo, secretario general de CCOO, y Antonio Poveda, presidente de la Federación Estatal de Lesbianas, Gays, Transexuales y Bisexuales (FELGT), ha firmado un convenio de colaboración para realizar acciones conjuntas que ayuden a erradicar la discriminación y la exclusión laboral.
Imagen de la rueda de prensaDurante una rueda de prensa para informar del acuerdo, Fidalgo aseguró que servirá para la expansión de derechos a todos los colectivos y ciudadanos, sobre todo en el ámbito del trabajo, que “es vital para el desarrollo dentro de una civilización”.
Por su parte, Poveda dijo que uno de los objetivos centrales de FELGT es trabajar en el ámbito laboral, pues muchas personas tienen dificultades para acceder a puestos de trabajo debido a su orientación sexual, por lo el acuerdo firmado con CCOO tiene gran trascendencia.
El convenio servirá para compartir asesoría, mecanismos de comunicación para la sensibilización y acciones formativas, además de que CCOO integrará en su acción sindical las situaciones de discriminación y exclusión social y laboral.
